shout out to the emt crew who came and got me and were so patient and gentle and made me feel safe through the whole process. i did not get her name but a blonde emt was especially amazing and helped keep me calm and distracted and chatted with me. also shout out to the nurses, the world would stop spinning without them. i was extremely anxious and appreciative of how patient and kind they were with me.

I went in today for an endoscopy and colonoscopy and I have to thank the staff for helping me feel at ease, welcomed and happy I was there. From the reception area to the department's team (I wish I would have taken down their names), I felt well attended and impressed by the level of professionalism and care shown not only to me, but the other patients in the unit as well. May you continue and prosper Cape Coral Hospital!

Great care! I can’t speak more highly of every single one of the team members. I was admitted for the past 4 days and the knowledge and experience and support and skill is top notch. A few staff members that stood out were Claire, RN. Windsor, RN. Jacqui, RN. Thank you ladies and there were some CNA’s that stood out, Sam and Chris,

Olivia S. was my ER nurse last night, and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. Her calm, attentive, and compassionate demeanor helped ease my anxiety and made it easier for me to explain what I was experiencing. She took the time to listen, showed genuine concern, and treated me with kindness throughout my visit. I’ve never felt so well cared for during a hospital stay. Olivia is truly an exceptional nurse, and I am incredibly grateful for the care she provided. We need more nurses like her in this world. They actually care about their job. She was amazing. I wish her the best of luck in life.

My experience here appears to be much different from others. I entered the emergency room by ambulance following a fall. Every caregiver from the time of my arrival through discharge was kind, positive, attentive and above all caring. Erica in the ICU was an advocate for me through the whole ordeal and was on top of every order from CTs to ultrasounds to occupational and physical therapy. She recognized the opportunities in timing amd made things happen like clockwork. I wish I could recall the names of everyone who treated me from start to finish but Erica is a standout and those around her in their various support roles in monitoring, scanning and healing were top notch. This was a first for me as far as trips to the ER go and as scary as it all started, it culimated in me being home with my family, resting easy and grateful for their attentiveness and care. 5 stars to the EMTs, the hospital, the Dr's and all of the people who worked in support of my treatment. 10 stars to Erica and the rest of the nursing staff. One could not have asked for nor expected the high quality of care provided. Sincerely thank you for making a truly scary night one that will be remembered with
